All 2024 “live” training programs have a no-risk 100% money-back guarantee. If for any reason you can not attend class, just notify us at least 24 hours in advance and you will get your money back no questions asked. If we are forced to cancel a live class for any reason you will also get your money back.


Our live training programs have been completely rewritten to help prevent the spread of Covid 19. The class size for all in-person programs has been capped at about 50% of our pre-Covid capacity and our meeting rooms are set in a socially-distanced configuration, with each chair at least six feet from every other chair. We have eliminated live demos that require the sharing of equipment in close proximity to others, and the program now features almost 200 video clips with demos you can do individually at your seat. Whether or not to wear a mask indoors is a personal decision and while CDC guidelines encourage masking indoors we don't require it. Needless to say, f you are experiencing flu-like symptoms or have been exposed to someone who has tested positive for Covid, please stay home in accordance with current CDC guidelines; if you must cancel due to exposure to COVID 19 you are protected by our 100% refund policy. All Covid 19 prevention policies are subject to prevailing local regulations, mandates or statutes, and are subject to change without notice.


Live Classes

If we are forced to cancel a live class for any reason you will also get your money back. Please remember it may take 10-14 days for the refund to post to your credit or debit account. If you are unable to attend a live training program and do not notify us 48 hours in advance we will be happy to issue you an in-house credit for the program you did not attend. The credit is good for one year and may be used for any program or product you desire.

Home Study Courses/Webinars
If you are unhappy with any home study /correspondence program, simply email us within three business days of its receipt and tell us that you will be returning the book to us. So long as the book is returned back in its original, saleable condition, and you have not taken the test, we will issue you a full refund of the purchase price less any shipping charges. If you purchase the “Test Only” option or a Webinar-on-Demand you must notify us within three days of your purchase that you would like a refund. Refunds will not be issued if you have already taken the test and/or generated your certificate of completion.

Refunds for eCourses must be made within three calendar days of purchase and cannot be issued if the keycode has been used or if you have taken the test. To request a credit or refund please email us at:

Shipping & Handling
Claims for non-delivery of packages must be made within 30 days of the published shipping date. After 30 days from the date of shipping, Exercise ETC has no responsibility for packages that were not delivcered or received.


After you receive your home study program or webinar, you must submit your answer sheet to us by December 31 of the same calendar year. Courses purchased after November 1 must be completed by December 31 of the next calendar year. Programs that are submitted too long after purchase may no longer be accepted by your certifying organization; this is to ensure that the material you are studying always contains the most recent, up to date information available! In rare cases, the CE awards or approval status for a specific course may change. In the event this would occur, Exercise ETC will issue you an in-house credit equal to the price you paid for the program that was affected. Some restrictions may apply.

On your Continuing Education certificate you will see 2 dates: The date that you purchased the course and the date you completed the course. Most certifications want you to use the course completion date when you submit your Continuing Education credits for approval. If you are unsure which date to use, contact your certifying agency. Once a certificate has been generated, it is not possible to change the completion date or make any other corrections/revisions.


Exercise ETC Inc. is committed to providing excellent customer service and the highest quality educational programs. If you are not fully satisfied with any aspect of our product, please email our executive director at: Include your name, email. phone number and the nature of your complaint. You will receive a response by email or phone within five working days. If the resolution is not to your satisfaction you may inform your certifying agency.


The information we accumulate and retain about our customers includes your name, address, telephone and email contact as well as your sales history and a record of your continuing education purchases and test scores. We also retain information you provide us regarding the credentials you hold. We do not store nor retain any credit card or financial information.

Exercise ETC faculty and staff have limited access to your personal information limited to those with a reason to know such information to better help you with your renewals or answering your questions. Employees are educated on the importance of maintaining the confidentiality of our customers. Exercise ETC does not disclose, sell nor lease your personal information to any third party person, entity or organization. All of our operational and data processing systems are in a secure environment that protects your information from being accessed by any unauthorized person. We safeguard information according to established security standards and procedures.

It is our policy not to reveal information about specific customers except when the disclosure is required by law (e.g., subpoena, request by regulator, etc.). We try to ensure that your contact information is as accurate and complete as possible. Please let us know immediately if you believe our records are inaccurate or if anything changes, such as your name, address, email, etc.


In the event that Exercise ETC. cancels or reschedules any scheduled training program, full refunds will be issued upon request. Exercise ETC. is not liable for any participant fees or changes that may be associated with the cancellation of a training class including, but not limited to, travel expenses or exam fees.


In the event of inclement weather, all training sessions will be held as scheduled at the discretion of Exercise ETC. Training participants who are unable to attend due to bad weather may reschedule their training without incurring an additional charge. In case of bad weather, refunds will not be issued. Exercise ETC. reserves the right to reschedule training sessions should bad weather force cancellation of training.


Exercise ETC reserves the right to make curriculum changes and/or instructor changes as necessary in the event of delays or disruptions due to weather, infrastructure, travel or other factors outside of our control. In the event of any changes to our published schedule Exercise ETC will not issue refunds, but we will be happy to issue in-house credits on request.


In the event of any event outside the control of Exercise ETC, (including weather or acts of God; war, riots or terrorism; government regulations, disaster, infectious disease, strikes or civil disorder) to the extent that such circumstances make it illegal or impossible to conduct training sessions, refunds will not be issued. Exercise ETC. reserves the right to reschedule training sessions or to issue in-house credit vouchers when conditions beyond the control of Exercise ETC force cancellation of training.


Any debt that is uncollected after 60 days will be referred to the collection agency of Smith, McCabe & Reynolds (954-781-1503) for resolution. An "uncollected" debt includes, but is not limited to, declined credit cards, bounced checks or unpaid invoices.

Content may not be copied, reproduced, transmitted, distributed, downloaded, re-sold or transferred in any form or by any means without Exercise ETC' prior written consent and without express attribution to Exercise ETC Inc. Copyright infringement is a violation of federal law subject to criminal and civil penalties.

Groups of 3 or more people are eligible for a 10% discount off of their registration fees. Group discounts are only available for pre-registered participants; we are not able to process group discounts on site at the training venue. Two or more people sharing one registration to take advantage of the multi-class discount (8 classes for $199) is not permitted.


We encourage you to retain all receipts and/or cancelled checks for purchases made at Exercise ETC. If you need proof of purchase for any training event or educational material, for the current or immediately prior year, we are happy to provide you this service without charge. The request for documentation must be made via e-mail, and must include the date of purchase. Please write to: Please allow 30 days to receive your proof of purchase. If you do not know the date of purchase, if you need the proof more rapidly, or if the purchase occured prior to the immediately prior year, there is a fee of $10.00 per transaction.
