Our workshop assistants play a vital role in the administration of our live education programs. These highly motivated volunteers do all the behind-the-scenes work that keep our programs running smoothly. They are an integral part of our entire operation and important members of the Exercise ETC family and we are very grateful for their help.
After an illustrious career in the US Military, Lloyd retired and began a second career in fitness. Drawing on his own reserves of motivation and discipline, Lloyd designs and implements training programs with a military precision and an eye for detail.
Kenneth is a fitness specialist for the Department of Defense. On a daily basis he uses his personal training and lifestyle coaching skills to motivate military personnel to achieve their mission. Kenneth is also the owner of "Yes We Can Lifestyle Services" and writes ongoing blogs that teach the importance of healthy eating and physical activity. Kenneth is pursuing a Masters degree in Organizational Management.
Tiffany began her fitness career in 2012, after earning her personal training certification through ACE. She trains clients in their homes and teaches group boot camp classes in corporate office fitness centers. In her spare time, she enjoys running road races (5k-marathon) with her husband.
Dana has been a Certified Personal Trainer with NCSF for 10 years. Formerly the Fitness Director for Red Door Lifestyle Spa, she returned to school to become a Licensed Physical Therapist Assistant and is certified in aquatic physical therapy with ATRI.

Paul has been a Certified Personal Trainer since 1994 and has been training clients from teenage athletes to seniors ever since. Specializations included Strength Training and Senior Fitness and Sports Specific Training. He has been involved with coaching baseball, basketball, soccer, and volleyball. He is also an avid cyclist and skier.
Debbie is the owner of Just for You Fitness in Salisbury, NC where she provides individualized training and consulting services. An avid runner, Debbie has been coordinating our Charlotte education education programs since 2007.
After a 12-year career in Electrical Engineering Kathy expanded her interest in fitness by getting certified to teach group exercise classes. As an ACE Certified Personal Trainer and NETA Group Exercise Trainer she teaches group classes in strength training, body sculpting and Barre.
Lisa is a personal power specialist. Leveraging her broad range of technical skills in ACE CPT, Yoga Science, and Ayurveda. Lisa has committed more than two decades to making profound change in the quality and vitality of her clients? lives. As owner of Vikara Studio ? Personal Power Center (established in 2010) Lisa serves clients from all over the globe.
Karen Hopley has been an ACE Certified Personal Trainer since 2009. Prior to that, she was an elementary school teacher for twelve years, took time off to have a family then she blended her love for fitness with her teaching background. Karen trains at Paul Derda Recreation Center in Broomfield doing personal and small group training as well as boot camps, youth sports performance and off-season sports conditioning for youth teams. She also teaches a corporate wellness class and trains teams of employees for improved fitness and productivity at a Louisville lifestyle company.

Daphne and Anita are both completing their degrees in exercise physiology while teaching group fitness classes in Southfield, MI.
Lori started in the wellness field in the late 1970's as a Florida licensed massage therapist and Yoga Teacher. She has continued to pursue fitness and health training endeavors. Over the years Lori has attended 17 classes with Exercise Etc. as well as other qualified training. She believes exercise is a tool that improves and evolves with each new learned technique.
Laura has been a certified Personal Trainer through ACSM for 7 years as well as a certified Pilates Mat and Reformer Instructor through Balanced Body. Since earning her Master's degree, she has worked in corporate fitness in Hartford, CT doing personal training, group exercise, Pilates as well as working in management. In 2012, Laura made the switch to stay at home mom and currently works at the Senior Center teaching group exercise.
Angi is the Owner of UBFit2 Personal Training in Florence, KY. She has been a certified personal trainer for over ten years and she is passionate about empowering women to become healthier, happier, stronger & more confident. Angi teaches her clients that healthy eating is an essential part of living a healthy lifestyle and she loves to cook for anyone who want to try her healthy culinary creations. When she is not busy working with her clients, Angi is a busy wife and mother to two teenagers.
The majestic Rocky Mountains are the backdrop for Linda and her highly successful fitness training programs in Greeley, CO, about 60 miles north of Denver. Linda also keeps busy marketing a line of nutritional products and still finds time to manage help us out!
Adam has a B.S. in Exercise Science and has NSCA-CSCS and NASM CPT Certifications. For the past 15 years he has worked to make a difference in people?s lives through motivation and education. His knowledge and experience allows him to work with a variety of special population clients. Adam is working on his doctorate in Physical Therapy.
Kristin has a degree in Sports Medicine and was an ATC for several years prior to transitioning into more specialized personal training and fitness classes. As a certified personal trainer since 1995, she has worked with nearly every population, including many clients with disabilities such as blindness, hearing impairment, downs syndrome, and amputees. Her motto is there is always something a person can do to stay fit!
Jacinta White is an Aquatic Exercise Specialist and a Personal Trainer having received her SCW Fitness certification in 2004 and her NASM certification in 2006. A former Softball and Volleyball coach, she became involved in personal training while participating in preseason strength and conditioning programs. Jacinta works at Carolina Sportscare & Physical Therapy, Beaufort, SC; she has been working for an active adult retirement community and has enjoyed teaching Aquatic Exercise classes as well as designing Individual Exercise Programs for a physically diverse clientele.
Married and the mother of three children and four grandchildren, staying fit and active, as well as helping others to do the same, is of utmost importance!
Pam swift is an ACSM certified personal trainer and has been teaching group fitness classes for the YMCA for 18 years. Her specialty is circuit and tabata training and she also teaches at local corporations and community colleges.
After an early retirement from clowning, Doreen entered the body business teaching fitness and yoga classes in the Zen environment of NYC. Yearning to expand her knowledge and skills, she became a massage therapist and personal trainer. She resides in East Harlem with her internationally acclaimed jazz musician husband, Cooper-Moore, and occasionally she gets to see her beautiful grown son who now lives in his ancestral land of Brooklyn.
A highly respected dancer and choreographer, Roy has applied his considerable talents and his passion for dance to the world of personal fitness training. A highly regarded presenter in his own right, Roy travels throughout the USA presenting workshops and training programs to aspiring college-level dance majors.
LaTriece is currently a Physical Education teacher and previously worked as a certified Athletic Trainer for 10 years, working in Orthopedic Surgery and Physical Therapy. She earned her Personal Training Certification through ACSM in 2009. She trains clients during summer break.
As a card carrying member of the ?Baby Boomer? generation Kathryn is a passionate advocate of exercise to maintain a healthy, active quality of life. In 2010 she achieved a personal trainer certification from the American Council on Exercise, and 2 years later added a certification in Health Coaching. Most recently she acquired a certification of Exercise Instructor from the Arthritis Foundation which specifically targets the senior population with mobility or joint issues, and is teaching classes at various locations in the Orlando area.
Jacquie is the Fitness Director of Rockhill Mennonite Continuing Care Retirement Community (CCRC) of Sellersville PA. She is also an active Board Member for a local Senior Exercise Professionals organization. Jacquie is certified through the Arthritis Foundation, AFAA, AAAI and is currently studying for her ACE personal training certification.
Jan Trejo spent 20 years in the Air Force as a jet engine mechanic. After retiring, she became overweight and disabled. By meeting with a personal trainer who was also doing physical therapy, she managed to transform her life. She is now healthier than ever and has dedicated her life to helping others who were in her same condition. She has been ACE certified for a decade and is also certified through Glendale Community College. Along with training at Mountainside Fitness, she and her son have started an in-home personal training company called Mobility Fitness.
At age 12 Aaron discovered his passion for exercise and has been exercising regularly ever since. Aaron has been certified as a personal trainer by the American Council on Exercise since 1997. He trains his clients at their homes in the northern San Diego county area, and at local parks. Aaron also does outdoor group workouts in San Marcos, CA.
Diane is an accomplished personal trainer and Pilates instructor at Island Fitness, Bainbridge Island. She is also a certified scuba instructor and popular local actress. We are fortunate that she also makes time to help us out at our frequent workshops in Seattle for over 5 years now.
After graduating from Pacific University with a BS degree in Physical Education, Judy got ?heavily? involved in weightlifting ? via a marriage to a weightlifter. Through her career as a competitor she won several national and international championships. During this time she also acquired her Category I international referee card, culminating in officiating at the Olympic Games. Having earned her NSCA-CSCS and level II USAW coaching certification she is now teaching weight training at Clark College in Vancouver, WA, where she also enjoys teaching weight training techniques in the Fitness Trainer program
By day Emy is a corporate executive, but after hours she is a total fitness buff. We are so grateful that she makes time in her busy schedule to help us out at our Washington, DC and Baltimore locations!
