The result is a clever exercise program that can be modified for participants from beginner to elite and can be seamlessly integrated into either indoor or outdoor bootcamps. You'll learn how to design a complex around a certain piece of equipment,like a kettlebell, or that focuses on a certain body part (the pecs) or a specific exercise, like a squat.
