This specially designed program is designed to bring you up to date on all the hottest topics and trends relating to the function of the knees, ankles, back and shoulders so you can make appropriate suggestions to your clients for immediate and lasting benefit. When you've completed this program you'll understand how to accelerate your client's results while you learn the hottest, most up-to-date training techniques. Our state-of-the art set of workshops will revolutionize your training program. You can register for each class individually or you can register for the complete 4 class series and really save!

The Modules

This 8-hour workshop highlights six of the "primal" exercises: Squats, Lunges, Hinges, Rotations, Pushes and Pulls. The program consists of four brand-new, 2-hour modules:

1) Planks, Bridges & Hinges: From Stodgy to Superlative
2) Shoulder Presses and Lat Pulls: From Tedious to Terrific
3) Squats: From Essential to Exceptional
4) Lunges: From Routine to Remarkable


The registration fee for each 2-hour module is $35 or you can take the entire 8-hour day for just $119 and really save.

CE Awards

Each 2-hour module for our live programs is approved for:
0.2 CECs through ACE, CSCS, NASM, NSCA.

The entire 8-hour day is approved for:
0.8 CECs from ACE, CSCS, NASM, NSCA.

CE awards may be approved/accepted by other credentialing agencies as well.

Is this a "certification" ?

Unfortunately, no. "Certification" is a legal term and "certifications" requires a proctored, objective examination to earn the credential and continuing education to maintain the credential. Our live programs do not require an examination so no "certification" is rewarded. But many of our participants have found that our Specialty Certificates are very valuable marketing tools which document that you have specialized training in a concentrated area of fitness.
