REFUND,
CANCELLATION, REFUNDS Exercise ETC has a no refund policy for all training programs, materials and services. If you are unable to attend a live training program or webinar, however, we will be happy to issue you an in-house credit for the courses you did not attend. The credit is good for one year and may be used for any live training program or webinar you desire. Request for a credit must be made in writing within 10 days of the originally scheduled class or webinar. To request a credit, please send your e-mail to: info@exerciseetc.com CANCELLATIONS In the event that Exercise ETC. cancels any scheduled training program, full refunds will be issued for persons registered for the cancelled program. Exercise ETC. is not liable for any participant fees or changes that may be associated with the cancellation of a training class including, but not limited to, travel expenses or exam fees. RETAKES / RESCHEDULES Any participant who does not pass the American Council on Exercise exam after completing the Exercise ETC. training program may retake the program one time for free within one year of the program. A copy of the exam score must be received by Exercise ETC. at least 30 days before the next scheduled program. “Completion of training” is defined as having attended and signed in for all training sessions. Participants who do not take the ACE exam and wish to repeat all or part of the training program may do so after payment of a $50.00 service charge and any fees for materials. Any pre-registered participant who would like to change their registration date or location may do so, based on space availablility, for a $100.00 change fee. All requests for retakes or reschedules MUST be received by Exercise Etc. no later than 30 days prior to the start of class. There can be no exceptions to this policy. Additional fees for new materials will apply as published. TRANSFER OF REGISTRATION Pre-paid participants may transfer their registration to a third party for a $75.00 transfer charge. Registrant is responsible for getting class materials to new participant. BAD WEATHER In the event of inclement weather, all training sessions will be held as scheduled at the discretion of Exercise ETC. Training participants who are unable to attend due to bad weather may reschedule their training without incurring an additional charge. In case of bad weather, refunds will not be issued. Exercise ETC. reserves the right to reschedule training sessions should bad weather force cancellation of training. IMPOSSIBILITY In the event of any event outside the control of Exercise ETC, (including acts of God, war, or terrorism; or due to government regulations, disaster, strikes or civil disorder) to the extent that such circumstances make it illegal or impossible to conduct training sessions, refunds will not be issued. Exercise ETC. reserves the right to reschedule training sessions or to issue in-house credit vouchers when conditions beyond the control of Exercise ETC force cancellation of training. NO SHOWS Training participants must call Exercise ETC. within 24 hours of the start of the training program if they cannot attend or risk forfeiting all training fees. COLLECTION ACCOUNTS Any debt that is uncollected after 60 days will be referred to the collection agency of Smith, McCabe & Reynolds (954-781-1503) for resolution. An "uncollected" debt includes, but is not limited to, declined credit cards, bounced checks or unpaid invoices. DISCOUNT POLICIES Because Exercise ETC. is committed to bringing you the highest quality service at the lowest price possible, our special discounts must be calculated by our Customer Service Specialists - not by a computer. Therefore, the total you see when you submit your order will not include any discounts you have earned. You will receive a confirmation email with your total cost, including discounts, within two days of your order. GROUP DISCOUNTS Groups of 3 or more people are eligible for a 10% discount off of their registration fees. To be eligible for this discount, Customer Service must receive a master list with the names of all members of the group, as well as contact information for the coordinator of the group. Each member of the group can then register at their convenience by phone, fax, internet or US mail. Participants whose names are not on the master list will not be eligible for the group discount. Group discounts are only available for pre-registered participants; we are not able to process group registrations on site at the training venue; in addition, once a participant has registered for a training program they are not eligible for any subsequent group discounts that may be approved or negotiated. REPLACEMENT CERTIFICATE REQUEST FORM Replacement CEC/CEU certificates are available for a charge of $5.00 per certificate. You may order replacement certificates below. Please read the accompanying statement before placing your order. Due to the large number of requests for replacement certificates, please allow 30 days for your CEC/CEU certificate to be e-mailed to you. If you need your replacement certificates more rapidly you may order priority replacement service for $10.00 per certificate. If you order priority replacement service you will receive your certificate by e-mail before 9 PM EST the business day after the request is submitted. RESEARCH FEES We encourage you to retain all receipts and/or cancelled checks for purchases made at Exercise ETC. If you need proof of purchase for any training event or educational material, for the current or immediately prior year, we are happy to provide you this service without charge. The request for documentation must be made via e-mail, and must include the date of purchase. Please write to: info@exerciseetc.com. Please allow 30 days to receive your proof of purchase. If you do not know the date of purchase, if you need the proof more rapidly, or if the purchase occured prior to the immediately prior year, there is a fee of $10.00 per transaction.
