REFUND, CANCELLATION,
CHANGE AND RETAKE POLICY

This policy supercedes any prior published policy.

REFUNDS

Exercise ETC has a no refund policy for all “live” training programs. If you are unable to attend a live training program, we will be happy to issue you an in-house credit for the courses you did not attend. The credit is good for one year and may be used for any program or product you desire. Request for a credit must be made in writing within 10 days of the originally scheduled class. If you are unable to attend a webinar you must notify us via email prior to the start of the webinar or we will be unable to offer you a credit.To request a credit, please send your e-mail to: info@exerciseetc.com If you are for any reason unhappy with any home study/correspondence program, simply contact us by email within three business days of its receipt and tell us that you will be returning the book and test to us. So long as the book is returned back in its original, saleable condition, and you have not taken the test, we will issue you a full refund of the purchase price. CANCELLATIONS

In the event that Exercise ETC. cancels or reschedules any scheduled training program, full refunds will be issued upon request. Exercise ETC. is not liable for any participant fees or changes that may be associated with the cancellation of a training class including, but not limited to, travel expenses or exam fees.

RETAKES / RESCHEDULES

Any participant who does not pass the American Council on Exercise exam after completing the Exercise ETC. exam review program may retake the program one time for free within one year of the program. A copy of the exam score must be received by Exercise ETC. at least 30 days before the next scheduled program. “Completion of training” is defined as having attended and signed in for all training sessions. Participants who do not take the ACE exam and wish to repeat all or part of the training program may do so after payment of a $50.00 service charge and any fees for materials.

BAD WEATHER

In the event of inclement weather, all training sessions will be held as scheduled at the discretion of Exercise ETC. Training participants who are unable to attend due to bad weather may reschedule their training without incurring an additional charge. In case of bad weather, refunds will not be issued. Exercise ETC. reserves the right to reschedule training sessions should bad weather force cancellation of training.

SCHEDULE CHANGES

Exercise ETC reserves the right to make curriculum changes and/or instructor changes as necessary in the event of delays or disruptions due to weather, infrastructure, travel or other factors outside of our control. In the event of any changes to our published schedule Exercise ETC will not issue refunds, but we will be happy to issue in-house credits on request.

IMPOSSIBILITY

In the event of any event outside the control of Exercise ETC, (including acts of God, war, or terrorism; or due to government regulations, disaster, strikes or civil disorder) to the extent that such circumstances make it illegal or impossible to conduct training sessions, refunds will not be issued. Exercise ETC. reserves the right to reschedule training sessions or to issue in-house credit vouchers when conditions beyond the control of Exercise ETC force cancellation of training.

COLLECTION ACCOUNTS

Any debt that is uncollected after 60 days will be referred to the collection agency of Smith, McCabe & Reynolds (954-781-1503) for resolution. An "uncollected" debt includes, but is not limited to, declined credit cards, bounced checks or unpaid invoices.

GROUP DISCOUNTS

Groups of 3 or more people are eligible for a 10% discount off of their registration fees. Group discounts are only available for pre-registered participants; we are not able to process group discounts on site at the training venue. Please call us at 1-800-244-1344 if you would like to set up a group discount.

SHARING REGISTRATIONS

Two or more people sharing one registration to take advantage of the multi-class discount (8 classes for $199) is not permitted.

REPLACEMENT CERTIFICATE REQUEST FORM

Replacement CEC/CEU certificates are available for a charge of $10 for up to 8 certificates. You may order replacement certificates below. Please read the accompanying statement before placing your order. Due to the large number of requests for replacement certificates, please allow 30 days for your CEC/CEU certificate(s) to be e-mailed to you. If you need your replacement certificates more rapidly you may order priority replacement service for $25 for up to 8 certificates. If you order priority replacement service you will receive your certificate(s) by e-mail before 9 PM EST the business day after the request is submitted.

STATEMENT: I certify that I attended the courses listed above and signed in as required on the class roster. I understand that if there is an audit and I did not sign the roster as required that my certifying agency may deny the credit for these courses and take actions as they see fit, up to and including revocation of my certification. In all cases, I agree to hold Exercise ETC, its faculty and staff harmless in the event these credits are denied or my certification is revoked. I agree to be responsible for credit card charges as indicated above.

RESEARCH FEES

We encourage you to retain all receipts and/or cancelled checks for purchases made at Exercise ETC. If you need proof of purchase for any training event or educational material, for the current or immediately prior year, we are happy to provide you this service without charge. The request for documentation must be made via e-mail, and must include the date of purchase. Please write to: info@exerciseetc.com. Please allow 30 days to receive your proof of purchase. If you do not know the date of purchase, if you need the proof more rapidly, or if the purchase occured prior to the immediately prior year, there is a fee of $10.00 per transaction.
