Boot Camp Workout Program
Boot Camp programs are the hottest trend in fitness and our 2-day program will teach you all you need to know about this unique workout sensation. This innovative course is designed to show you the incredible variety of boot camp training options available to you, from high intensity interval training to unique trends in performance training to a new twist on traditional exercise. Whether you take just one class, several classes, or stay for the entire weekend, you will leave this program psyched, energized and ready to treat your clients to your own version of the boot camp experience.

Our fast-paced, high-energy program consists of eight two-hour courses and is structured to prepare you to design and implement your own Boot Camp workouts. Each individual workshop is $29, or you can take the full program (eight workshops) for $199. You'll learn how to design outdoors and inside boot camp programs for individuals as well as for large or small groups. BC-01: Boot Camp Games for Grownups
Saturday - 8:30 am - 10:30 am
What do you get when you combine the elements of a high school phys ed class with a modern day boot camp program? This unique workshop takes classic kids activities and updates them with a decidely adult flare. You can use these innovative drills for a dynamic warmup, for active rest between sets, for the cooldown or any purpose in between! Whether you train individuals, small groups or large groups, you are certain to walk away from this class motivated to use these games and drills for the "kid" who lives inside all of us.

BC-02: Extreme Interval Training
Saturday - 10:30 am - 12:30 am
How do you build stamina and strength, blast fat, and optimize cardio-respiratory fitness all in one workout? You use high intensity interval training, specifically, high intensity circuits that integrate short, ultra-intense efforts with brief recovery periods. In this outstanding course you'll learn progressive strategies to implement these protocols with little or no equipment. Better yet, your participants will get incredible results in 6 weeks or less.

BC-03: New School Strength & Conditioning
Saturday - 1:30 pm - 3:30 pm
Welcome to the 21st Century! Your bootcamp workout routine will never be the same again after this new school makeover. You'll discover inspiring variations for deadlifts, squats, bench presses and other traditional exercises, all of which will be revitalized with this fresh, updated approach. Old school exercises are given a new school spin for an awesome boot camp routine.

BC-04: Explosive Performance Drills
Saturday - 3:30 pm - 5:30 pm
Power exercises take center stage in this high energy workshop. You'll learn how to successfully incorporate medicine balls, elastic tubes, gliding discs and kettlebells into your boot camp routine. These innovative activities can be modified for participants from beginner to elite and can be seamlessly integrated into either indoor or outdoor bootcamps. You'll leave this workshop with an increased confidence in your ability to train for increased performance.

BC-05: The Core Training Revolution
Sunday - 8:30 am - 10:30 am
Boot camp participants want results and they want them fast! Unfortunately, without a strong “core” your participants will not achieve their goals. This high-octane workshop will pump up your core training routine. You’ll learn to progressively integrate dynamic and static strength & stability exercises to fuse a solid midsection. Your participants will notice the difference immediately. Prepare yourself: This is not your mother's core training program!

BC-06: Obstacle Course Workout
Sunday - 10:30 am - 12:30 pm
No boot camp is complete without an obstacle course and no obstacle course is complete without these unique drills. This high-energy workshop will reveal ingenious ways to use agility ladders, cones, hurdles, agility dots and other types of equipment to develop an obstacle course that will motivate and delight your clients! This course also provides an assortment of obstacle course designs that you can use to help you client improve agility, stability and mobility. Learn why the obstacle course is often the most popular part of a well-run boot camp!

BC-07: Essential Boot Camp Drills
Sunday - 1:30 pm - 3:30 pm
The boot camp approach to fitness is heavy on strength and conditioning drills, and this dynamic class will give you the tools you need to whip your private and small group clients into the best shape of their lives. You'll experience a clever combination of strength and cardio training drills designed to speed up the metabolism while increasing muscular strength, tone and definition, and you'll learn an assortment of imaginative activities that will motivate your clients to push themselves harder than ever before. These extraordinary drills will both encourage and challenge your campers to reach their personal best!

BC-08: Boot Camp Buddy Challenges
Sunday - 3:30 pm - 5:30 pm
If you want an innovative twist for your boot camp training, look no further! This inspired class will teach you to rev up the training intensity with these high energy drills for 2, 3, 4 or more people. Part of the bootcamp experience is the camaraderie that develops among your campers, and these drills will work to increase that coveted group dynamic while helping your campers develop that lean, cut, boot camp physique.
